PROOF JESUS IS GOD
This article contains an explanation of various evidences of the divinity of JESUS Christ or it could be said how Christians believe that JESUS is God, as well as that JESUS is the true God, which was created at the same time to respond to people who attack Christianity and doubt the Divinity of JESUS Christ, Biblically.
1. WAS JESUS EQUAL TO THE FATHER?
Philippians 2:6-7 (IMB) He who exists in the form of God, does not consider equality with God something to be maintained. Instead, He emptied Himself, taking the form of a servant in order to become like humans.
JESUS is equal to the Father, proof that He, namely JESUS, is God and Elohim (YAHWEH) Himself.
2. TESTIMONIES CONCERNING PROOF OF JESUS’ DEVELOPMENT
Angel’s Testimony :
Luke 2:10-11 (IMB) But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for I have come to preach to you Good News, a great joy for all nations. This day a Savior was born to you, namely Christ the Lord, in the city of David.
The angel gave testimony about who JESUS was to the shepherds.
Testimony of John the Baptist :
John 1:29 (IMB) The next day John saw JESUS coming to him. He said, “Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!
No human being can erase sins except God Himself, JESUS is God , He is Elohim, therefore He can erase human sins and the sins of the world.
Testimony of the Prophet Isaiah :
Isaiah 9:6 (IMB) For to us a Child has been born, a Son has been given to us, the government is upon His shoulders, and His Name is called Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty Elohim, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
The prophet Isaiah testifies that the Messiah is the Mighty God, He is the Father Himself.
JESUS’ OWN TESTIMONY :
Many people out there say “If JESUS is God, which verse says that JESUS Himself admitted that He was God?”
Let’s read the following verse, John 13:13 (IMB) You call Me: Teacher and Lord. Your words are right, because I am He.
JESUS did not deny and refuse when His disciples said HE WAS GOD . if HE wasn’t GOD, HE would have denied it from the beginning.
3. OTHER FACTS FROM PROOF OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF JESUS CHRIST
JESUS can forgive sins :
Mark 2:5-7 (IMB) When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic: “My son, your sins are forgiven.” But some of the scribes were sitting there and wondering to themselves, “Why does this man dare to blaspheme? Who can forgive sins except Elohim Himself?”
JESUS is the WORD who became flesh and the WORD is GOD Himself :
John 1:1 (IMB) In the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:14 (IMB) The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. We have seen His glory, namely glory as the Only Son of the Father, full of grace and truth.
JESUS made NOTHING TO EXIST, HE CREATED EVERYTHING :
John 1:3 (IMB) All things were made by Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
Romans 11:36 (IMB) For everything is from Him, through Him and for Him. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen.
JESUS is THE CREATOR HIMSELF, because HE IS THE WHO MADE EVERYTHING including the universe. Glory be to HIM forever and ever.
JESUS Christ existed before Abraham existed :
John 8:58 (IMB) JESUS said, “Truly I say to you, Before Abraham was, I am.”
JESUS was not created, HE is the CREATOR Himself. He existed before Abraham existed because He was the one who CREATED Abraham.
JESUS Christ existed before John the Baptist existed :
John 1:29 (IMB) Of Him I say: After me there will come One who was before me, for before I was, He was.
JESUS existed before John the Baptist existed because He was the one who CREATED John the Baptist.
JESUS MADE PEOPLE WHO WERE BLIND FROM BIRTH TO SEE (John 9:1-41)
NO prophet or even apostle was able to do that apart from GOD HIMSELF. JESUS makes people who DO NOT HAVE EYEBALLS SINCE BIRTH HAVE EYEBALLS and CAN SEE.
JESUS is GOD ALMIGHTY, HE is the BEGINNING and the END :
Revelation 1:8 (IMB) JESUS said, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the One who is and who was and who is to come, the Ruler of the Universe.”
Only GOD is the ALMIGHTY. JESUS IS ALMIGHTY because HE is GOD.
JESUS is the OWNER OF HEAVEN, only the OWNER OF HEAVEN can bring humans ENTER HEAVEN and guarantee that they WILL DEFINITELY ENTER HEAVEN :
John 14:6 (IMB) JESUS said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
John 10:28 (IMB) And I give them eternal life, and they will certainly not perish, and no one will snatch them out of My hand.
JESUS guarantees that everyone who BELIEVE IN HIM WILL NOT PERISH and WILL LIVE ETERNAL, WILL DEFINITELY ENTER HEAVEN.
JESUS never sinned :
1 Peter 2:22 (NIV) He did not sin, and there was no guile in His mouth.
Hebrews 4:15 (IMB) For the High Priest we have is a High Priest who can feel our weaknesses, and like us, He has been tempted in all things, but He has not sinned.
JESUS came from HEAVEN, not from EARTH :
John 8:23-24 (IMB) He said, “You are from below, I am from above. You are from this world, I am not from this world. Therefore I say to you that you will die in your sins. For if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.”
JESUS DID NOT HAVE A BIOLOGICAL FATHER, HE WAS BORN NOT BY THE SEED OF A MAN BUT BY THE HOLY SPIRIT :
Luke 1:31 (IMB) Behold, you will conceive and give birth to a son, and you shall name him JESUS.
Luke 1:34-35 (IMB) Mary said to the angel, “How will this happen, since I am not yet married?” The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore, the Child you will give birth to is holy, and He will be called the Son of God.
Normally humans are born when THERE IS A RELATIONSHIP between a MAN and a WOMAN. JESUS DID NOT HAVE A BIOLOGICAL FATHER, MARY WAS CONCERNED AS A VIRGIN.
