John 1:17 (IMB) For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through JESUS Christ.
Acts 15:11 (IMB) On the contrary, we believe that by the grace of the Lord JESUS Christ we are saved, and so are they. ”
JESUS is the Grace, why is that? Because the gift of salvation comes through JESUS Christ. Without JESUS no one can reach the Father even if they make any effort. JESUS is the way to heaven, without JESUS all human piety is just in vain.
Without JESUS’ sacrifice on the cross we would never be able to call YAHWEH Abba Father. In the days of the Torah, not just anyone could meet God at will, some went to the prophets to ask God something, some went through the high priest who brought sacrifices to YAHWEH once a year as a reminder of their sins, and sacrifices the animals could not wash away their sins at all, only covering them up for a year.
Hebrews 10:3-4 (IMB) But precisely by the sacrifices offered, people are reminded of their sins every year. Because it is absolutely impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to wash away sins.
Humans need a Savior to be free from the trap of sin and its consequence, namely eternal death. That’s why JESUS came and sacrificed himself, so that whoever believes in that Grace, those who believe will be saved and escape eternal destruction.
Romans 8:1-2 (IMB) So now there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ JESUS; they live not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death.
JESUS was willing to die to pay for all our sins and transgressions, the Righteous Man died in place of sinners, and sinners who believe in JESUS and the work of His cross, are made righteous and holy.
Romans 5:6-10 (IMB) For while we were still weak, Christ died for us ungodly people, at the appointed time. For it is difficult for someone to be willing to die for the righteous, but perhaps there is someone who dares to die for the good. However, God shows His love for us, namely that Christ died for us while we were still sinners. Moreover now that we have been justified by His blood, in Him we shall surely be saved from wrath. For if while we were still enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, how much more, after being reconciled, will we surely be saved by His life.
Romans 5:17-19 (IMB) For if, through the fault of one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive grace and the abundant gift of righteousness from God reign in life through one man, namely JESUS Christ . Therefore, as by one man’s iniquity came condemnation for all, so also by one man’s righteous deed comes justification which brings life to all. For just as through one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so through one man’s obedience many will be made righteous.
1 Peter 3:18 (IMB) For Christ also died once for all sins, the righteous for the unjust, who was put to death by the body but was raised by the Spirit, so that He might bring us to God.
Acts 13:39 (IMB) In Him, everyone who believes is justified in all things, for no one can be justified by the Law of Moses.
Romans 3:23-24 (IMB) For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, but by His grace they are justified freely through the redemption that is in Christ JESUS.
Romans 5:8-9 (IMB) However, God shows His love for us, namely that Christ died for us while we were still sinners. Moreover now that we have been justified by His blood, in Him we shall surely be saved from wrath.
1 Corinthians 6:11 (IMB) Some of you used to be like that, but now you have been washed, sanctified, and justified in the Name of the Lord JESUS and in the Spirit of our God.
Hebrews 10:10 (IMB) By His will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of JESUS Christ, once for all.
Hebrews 10:14 (IMB) For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.
Believe in JESUS the Grace, because whoever believes in the Lord JESUS will definitely be saved, whoever believes in JESUS will definitely not perish, whoever believes in JESUS will never be humiliated, will never be disappointed. Hallelujah!!!!!
