Isaiah 14:12-14 (IMB) How you have fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning, you have been cast down to the earth, you who weaken the nations. For you have said in your heart: I will ascend into heaven, I will establish my throne above the stars of God. And I will sit on the mountain of congregation in the north. I will rise above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.
Why did the devil not gain salvation and redemption after his fall and rebellion? Why do humans get salvation and redemption? This is a question that many people often ask and debate, why and what is the reason?
Ezekiel 28:13-15 (IMB) You were in Eden, the garden of Elohim; every precious stone becomes your covering: red jasper, chrysolite, and diamond, turquoise, chrysoprase, nephrite, lazurite, bloodstone, malachite, and gold. Your tambourine and flute skills were prepared within you the day you were created. You are an anointed cherub who watches, and I have placed you on the holy mountain of God, where you are. You walk up and down amidst the fiery stones. You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, until error was discovered in you.

The main reason why the devil did not obtain salvation and redemption after his fall and rebellion was because he had planned rebellion against God in his heart, he wanted to ascend to God’s throne and become God, even though he was an angel. This is different from Adam and Eve, where they never planned to rebel against God, in fact they had no intention of rebelling against God at all. Eve was deceived by the devil and this deception was the cause of human fall.

Genesis 3:4-5 (IMB) But the serpent said to the woman, “You will never die, for Elohim knows that when you eat of this fruit, your eyes will be opened and you will be like Elohim, that is, knowing what good and evil. “
Satan took his own initiative to rebel against God, because he wanted God’s throne, no one persuaded him, incited him or deceived him to do that, it was his own initiative. Adam and Eve had no such intention towards God, they didn’t even think about it. That is why God does not give redemption and salvation to the devil, because God knew from the beginning that the devil, the fallen angel, had indeed taken the initiative to fight Him.
Then why is forgiveness of sins only available to humans and not to demons who are fallen angels? Because God knows that the devil will never repent even if he is forgiven, he will still fight and rebel against YAHWEH. And it wasn’t because he was instigated, but based on his own initiative.
Revelation 12:7-9 (IMB) There was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon. And the dragon fought with his angels, but they were helpless, there was no longer a place for them in heaven. So the great dragon was thrown out, that old serpent called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown to the earth and his angels were thrown with him.
