Charles Darwin once put forward a theory in which he stated that humans came from apes and underwent evolution so that they could become what they are now. This theory is known as the theory of evolution, this happened after Charles Darwin visited the Galapagos Islands and conducted research there. But is what Charles Darwin said the truth?
Genesis 1:26-27 (IMB) Then God said, “Let us make humans in our image and likeness, and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over all the animals that creeps on the earth. ” So God created man in His image, in the image of God they were created male and female.
Charles Darwin’s theory is very contrary to the truth of God’s word, humans were created in the image and likeness of God, not in the image and likeness of apes, humans are not in the image and likeness of apes but with God. Charles Darwin’s theory clearly demeans humans, because he equates humans with animals, whereas God created humans above the level of all other creations on earth. Of course, believing in Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution is the same as believing in something that is misleading.
Genesis 2:7-8 (IMB) And YAHWEH Elohim formed man from the dust of the ground, then He breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living creature. Then YAHWEH Elohim planted a garden in Eden, to the east, there He placed the man He had formed.
Humans cannot be compared to monkeys or apes, because humans are God’s glorious creation in the eyes of God, equating humans with apes is the same as an insult to God who created humans in his image and like him, this is the same as blasphemy against the Almighty.
Psalm 8:5-6 (IMB) who is man that you remember him? And the son of man that You pay attention to him? And You have made him almost equal to God, and have crowned him with glory and honor.
We were created in the image and likeness of God YAHWEH, we are not apes, we do not even come from that animal. Stop from now on believing something that is wrong and contrary to God’s word, even if it is wrapped in the form of science.
